FOR OPTIMUM ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE:
This program was developed using cutting-edge techniques
and science based theories and practice to produce maximal improvements in
athletic performance.
Every athlete in the program must first complete our mandatory comprehensive
evaluation to assess their strengths and weaknesses. After completing the free
initial evaluation, the athlete will be placed in one of two groups depending
upon performance level and age. Time slots are limited to six athletes to
maximize learning potential and keep optimal training ratios for safety and
maximize trainer to athlete interactions. Please sign up for the appropriate
sessions in advance. We offer numerous times slots for your scheduling
convenience. Please see our Schedule for

EXCEL Performance Ι
Athletes placed in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our
program and are at the beginner level for strength training. The typical age
range for this group is 11-14. Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
These sessions will include elements of a dynamic warm-up, agility training,
speed training, core and functional training, flexibility, exercises for joint
integrity or prehabilitation, and introduction to the fundamentals of weight
training.
EXCEL Performance ΙΙ
Athletes placed in this group have a number of years of training experience and
can now tolerate more intense levels of training. The typical age range for this
group is 14-20. Sessions are 1 hour in length. They will include elements of a
dynamic warm-up, core strength, speed training, agility drills, power and
Olympic movements, plyometric training, strength training, functional training,
exercises for joint integrity or prehabilitation , and flexibility.

*Please note that by paying monthly, clients receive one
free week of training every 3 months or 4 free weeks per/year!*
Sessions must be pre-paid by month and must be used within
the billing month. Sessions must be scheduled in advance due to limited spaces
in each training slot. Unused sessions in these packages may not be carried over
to the next billing month.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be billed
as a completed session unless cancelled 24 hours in advance of scheduled
appointment.

SPEED and AGILITY
CLINICS
Our clinics are designed by the
area’s leading Strength and Conditioning Specialists to develop acceleration,
foot-speed, power, and the anaerobic energy system, which is linked to improved
performance in sport. This clinic is designed to prepare athletes for the
upcoming winter basketball season. It is open to all athletes both male and
female 7-12th grade.

Sessions will be
run by Dustin Clarke, MS, CSCS, Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York
Mets Baseball Organization, and Jody Leach, CSCS, Excel’s Director of Sports
Performance, and former Strength and Conditioning Coach at Binghamton
University.

assistance with weight loss, contest preparation, or injury rehabilitation.
